Negotiation Tracker

Keep every offer, demand, and counteroffer organized in one place as your mediation unfolds. The tracker automatically calculates the gap between positions, how far each side has moved, and the midpoint at every round, so everyone stays focused on progress, not paperwork. When the session wraps, export the full negotiation log as a spreadsheet in one click.

Risk Analysis Calculator

Before agreeing to (or walking away from) a settlement, it helps to know what trial actually looks like as a numbers problem. Enter your probability estimates, litigation costs, and time to trial, and the calculator returns an expected verdict value, a present-value figure, and clear settlement benchmarks for both sides. It won't predict the future, but it gives everyone an honest, objective basis for making the call.

About Employment Law Mediator Corey Hanrahan

I am a full-time employment law mediator who helps employees, employers, and their counsel resolve disputes with clarity and confidence, avoiding the uncertainty, cost, and emotional toll of trial. Drawing on years of experience as a successful employment litigator and trial attorney, including trying cases to verdict, I bring a practical, evaluative, and solutions-focused approach to every mediation. My goal is to create an environment where all voices are heard, communication is productive, and parties gain the realistic perspective needed to make informed decisions and move forward with certainty. Outside the mediation room, I am a plant-based distance runner and community advocate, a four-time Boston Marathon charity runner for The Hoyt Foundation, and a co-founder and former President of Team Hoyt San Diego, a nonprofit dedicated to athletic inclusion for individuals with disabilities.
